The valley of Wadi El-Rayan is one of the most beautiful places in Egypt. I just hope the country gives the place more attention. The place is basically formed out of few waterfalls feeding a large beautiful lake in the western desert of Egypt.

The photo was captured with long exposure (about 4 minutes). That’s what gives it the smooth silky shape of the water and the clouds movement. Normally, I can get a motion effect like this with only one minute of exposure. However, there was barely no winds in the place which accordingly made the clouds movement very slow. So I had to do all my available tricks to slow the shutter speed during a shiny morning.
وادي الريان هو احد أجمل الأماكن في مصر. فقط أتمنى أن نعطي المكان مزيدا من الاهتمام. يتشكيل المكان أساسا من عدد من الشلالات تغذي بحيرة وادي الريان الجميلة في الصحراء الغربية وفي مصر.
تم التقاط الصورة بتعرض لفترة طويلة (حوالي 4 دقائق). وهذا ما يعطيها الشكل الحريري السلس للمياه ولحركة الغيوم. عادة لا أستطيع الحصول على هذا التأثير للحركة فقط بدقيقة واحدة من التعرض. ولكن، كان هناك بالكاد أي رياح في المكان مما جعل حركة السحب بطيئة جدا. لذلك اضطررت للقيام بكل الحيل المتاحة لإبطاء سرعة الكاميرا فى هذا الصباح الساطع.
